Miss Saptashikha Dhar is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator under Ministry of AYUSH GoI. she done her Master's and PG Diploma in Yoga and having 8 years of experience. She is also a Government Registered Yoga Instructor.
She is successfully running Yoga Studios in Silchar, Assam and is also an Author of the book "CERTIFICATION OF YOGA PROFESSIONAL". She was also appointed as "JUDGE" at the Assam State Yoga Olympiad many times.
